Reviving my blog

Dec 10 '08 was my last post. Terrible. I got caught up in the facebook/twitter world and neglected my blog. After 6 months of being a facebook addict, I've come to realise that it's such an unnecessary time waster. I really do spend way more time on the internet looking at everyone's facebook pages than doing useful things. Every moment is precious & I'd like to use it productively! (I could easily spend over an hour on facebook a day looking at everyone's pages)

I am contemplating deleting my facebook account which will stop me from wasting so much time during my day. However, if I do delete my facebook account I will keep this blog updated regularly so people who'd like to keep reading what our family is up to can.

A friend of mine a while ago went on "hiatus" from facebook and she said it was interesting the amount of friends that never contacted her because she wasn't on facebook for a period of time and those that wanted to get in touch with her would email her.

I figure the same will be for me. There will be people I don't hear from anymore and ones that want to keep in touch will email me or just check the blog for news & leave comments.

I'm keeping my twitter account: sumgirlnamedmeg is my name so if you're on it, you can find me.

Anyways I'll make my decision by the end of the week.
Delete or not delete!
That's the question! =)

Santa Photo

3 days away from turning 2...I was prepared this morning to sit on Santa's knee and have a photo with Ezekiel but I didn’t have to because he loved Santa!

He was talking to Santa. Showing Santa he's Freddo Frog tattoo on his arm. Telling Santa he lived at the "North Pole". And telling Santa that he wanted "Toot Toot" for Christmas!

Someone's a BIG BOY....

Here's a photo of Ezekiel's Big Boy Bed!

It has been a breeze moving him from the cot to a big bed. I thought he'd be up and running around, getting out of his bed all the time but he's just been amazing!

And for some strange reason, now he's in his big bed, he sleeps the whole night! I

'm certainly not complaining! =)

The Christmas Tree Is Up!

I put up the Christmas Tree tonight. I love Christmas. Ezekiel had a Santa hat on tonight and was walking around the house saying, "Ho Ho Ho!" It was very cute! I've put a few things around the tree for him to play with. We bought him this really cute Nativity Set last year and he loves playing with it & I also found these really cool stackable blocks that tell the Christmas Story in toddler language! Here's a few photos =)

30 Weeks Pregnant

I've been so slack this pregnancy. I think this is only the 3rd photo I have being pregnant the second time around! So I thought I'd better put it on here so people can see!

We took this photo a while ago, and as you can see, somebody desperately needs a haircut! =)

Dana's Birthday

We celebrated Dana's 12th birthday last Thursday night and we went out to Dad & Kath's for dinner. Ezekiel had a wonderful time playing on the trampoline with Uncle Zach & Miah. Here's some awesome photos that Loz took! Enjoy!
